The school now has its own vegetable patch! One of the large experimental greenhouses on the roof of the Nicholson Building is being part used for the growth of vegetables and fruit by staff of the school and NOCL.

Users club together to share compost, pots, seeds. etc as well as the watering duties. Hannah Betts is the main organiser and the contact if you are a staff member or a research student who would like to get involved. For health and safety reasons, it is essential that you contact her before attempting to access the greenhouse.
