Submissions
We intend to consider abstracts on a rolling basis. The deadline for submissions is 23:59 on 2nd June 2025.

Once you have completed the form, there is an option to print the form (look under 'More options'). You can also choose to 'Submit another response'.
If you have a Microsoft Forms account, you can save your form to your account. This will enable you to return to the form and to edit your response if you wish.
Rooms
All rooms for conference presentations have standard lecture theatre layouts. Each has a white board, a computer projector and screen, and a visualizer.
There are one or more steps between the presentation area and the floor of the main lecture theatre. If climbing steps would be difficult for you, please let us know so we can plan accordingly.
