Registration

Please use this Microsoft Form to register for the conference.

Once you have completed the form, there is an option to print the form (look under 'More options'). You can also choose to 'Submit another response'.

If you have a Microsoft Forms account, you can save your form to your account. This will enable you to return to the form and to edit your response if you wish.

Payment

Payments must be made through the University of Liverpool 'online store' (opens in a new tab). Only one ticket can be purchased at a time.

Purchases are linked to an email address. While there is an option to 'check out as guest', we recommend against using this option – the purchase is still linked to the email address, but it is more difficult to access it. The account owner does not need to be the attendee.

Attendee details will be auto-populated with the details of the account owner, but can be edited as required. Where possible, please include the attendee's institution, and give the same email address for the attendee as on the attendee registration form to allow us to link payments to registrations.

Attendee details requested on the online store: title, first name, last name, email address (all equired), contact telephone number, and company/organisation. Then, Attendee full name, Attendee email address, and Institution.

Once the attendee details are added, they will not be displayed again on the summary screen; the details showing on the summary are those of the account owner. If you wish to check the attendee details entered, click on Home > Shopping basket. The attendee name will now show next to the ticket in the basket, with a link to 'Additional information' to view/edit the full details.

Payments must be made by card (Mastercard or Visa).
