Creates a
profile plot in which each data point is the average of the data points
for a line selection arranged radially from the centre of the image.
The azimuthal angle is zero along the positive x axis, increasing
towards the positive y axis. Press the option key to click on a pixel
to define the point about which the distribution is calculated.
