Converts the set of images currently being displayed in separate windows to a stack. The images must all be the same size. A macro, also called 'Window to Stack', is available that works with windows that are not the same size.

The routine was modified in vxxx so that if a number of images are open, not all of which are the same size, then those images which are the same size as the current image will be stacked. Windows are stacked in the order in which they were created. Press the option key to change the menu item to 'Windows to This Stack', which creates a stack with the front window as the first image in the stack.
