Creates a text
window containing a caption that can be edited. If the caption is not
added to the image using Add Caption
To Image, then it will appear below the image when it is printed.
The caption can be updated automatically using the 'Auto Update Image
Caption' checkbox in the SXM Options
dialog box. This menu item is dimmed if the front window is not an SXM
image window.
