Adds a caption
to the bottom of the image. If a caption has not been created using Create Image Caption then the
Finder comment is used as the default caption. If an image has had a
caption added to it, then the caption will not appear below the image
when it is printed. This menu item is dimmed if the front window is not
an SXM image window.
