Image SXM
Notes that the tick in the SPM/Compensation submenu indicates which mode of compensation was applied most recently to the current image. It does not necessarily indicate the compensation that will be applied when the next image is loaded (see SPM Options).

Selective image compensation and recompensation operations can be modified using:

Option
Enhances the contrast so that the image in the region of interest uses all the greys in the LUT

Shift
Reduces the contrast so that the entire image lies within the range of the LUT.
