Reopens an
image with the tilt compensation calculated over the selected
rectangle. This menu item is dimmed if a rectangle has not been drawn
in an SPM image window. Note that the option and shift keys effect
recompensation (see SPM/Compensation/None).
This menu item is now redundant due to changes made to the compensation
operations, but has been left for compatibility with older versions of Image SXM.
