ReCalibrate XY Apply XY Calibration ReCalibrate Z Apply Z Calibration Set Z Scale Calibrate Distortion Apply Correction Change Aspect Ratio Load Calibration File Save Calibration File |
Applies the
rotation, magnification and skew transformations required to correct
for miscalibration of the xy axes. The parameters used are determined
from a previous recalibration of an
image of a known structure. This menu item is dimmed if no xy
recalibration has yet been carried out and no calibration file exists
in the Preferences folder.
