Step Height Surface Area Surface Roughness Poisson Z Value Facet Calculator |
Displays a plot
profile, calculates the height of a step edge (together with an
estimate of the error in the height) and displays the results in the Info and Results windows. If the terraces
are tilted or highly corrugated on either side of the step then the
step height calculated may be meaningless. If this happens then a
warning is displayed in the Info window. This menu item is dimmed if no
line is selected.
