The fees charged for our adjudication service are proportionate to the issues at stake, but they will almost always be less expensive than taking a case to court. Because our procedure is not classified as arbitration we also avoid the unnecessary cost and delay which can arise when arbitral awards fall under the court's overall supervisory control. Yet we do offer a process which can provide both sides with a guaranteed outcome, unlike in some industry conciliation schemes which are prone to failure at the last minute.
