          Spread

Spread by direct or indirect contact by droplets containing the virus.

Can be spread animal to animal who are in close contact, or via food stuffs that an infected animal has had contact with, or indirectly on clothes, implements, vehicle tyres etc.

Or indirectly by other animals dog, cats etc that have been in contact with infected animals.

The virus can also be spread in the air and it has been suggested up to 300km over water or about 60km over land.

Meat and animal by products can also carry the virus.
