Q: What does "At Risk" mean?
A: This means that there may be unexpected interruptions to the service or possible bugs with some
of the tools in VITAL that might be encountered and need to be fixed. This is why it would be
advisable to avoid using VITAL for critical assessment or deadline based activities on the upgrade
date and for the week following.
