Dr. Huynh Nguyen received the PhD degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Technology Sydney (UTS), Australia in 2022. He is currently a Lecturer at the Department of Electrical Engineering and Electronics, University of Liverpool (UoL), United Kingdom. Before joining UoL, he was a Postdoctoral Research Associate in the Department of Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Imperial College London, United Kingdom. His research interests include cybersecurity, mobile computing, 5G/6G, IoT, and machine learning. He received several awards from Google, UTS, and IEEE ComSoc, including Google PhD Fellowship, UTS FEIT Research Excellence Award, IEEE WCL Exemplary Reviewer, and IEEE GLOBECOM and IEEE ICC Travel Grants. He has co-organized several IEEE conferences in communications and networking (e.g., IEEE GLOBECOM, IEEE ICC, and IEEE FNWF) as TPC members and co-chairs. He is an Associate Editor of IEEE Transactions on Mobile Computing (IEEE TMC) and IEEE Transactions on Vehicular Technology (IEEE TVT) and was a guest editor of IEEE Transactions on Cognitive Communications and Networking (IEEE TCCN). Dr. Huynh Nguyen has been listed among the most cited researchers by Scopus and Stanford University since 2022.
