NB: These instructions only apply to users who have bought Sigmaplot from the Helpdesk or have downloaded Sigmaplot from the CSD download site. They do not apply to users who are running sigmasplot on the MWS.
Sigmaplot 11 is in the A to Z of Software on the CSD web site.
The Serial Number for local installations of Sigmaplot 11 is 775061560
Sigmaplot 11 is available from the CSD Helpdesk or from the CSD Download site. When installing this, you need the serial number which is 775061560. Also, you need to click License File and specify where you have stored the licence file. The license file is available by right-clicking here. Choose Save Target as from the right-hand menu and then save the file. Click Update and then click Done
The 2011-2012 licence for SigmaPlot 11 expired 30 June 2012. To enable you to keep using the Sigmaplot software, you must renew the licence by entering the new licence codes as described below. The new licence codes will enable your installation of Sigmaplot to operate until the end of June 2013.
After June 30 2012, when the current licence will have expired, you can update your licence without going through the entire installation process, as follows:
* The license file is available by right-clicking here. Choose Save Target as from the right-hand menu and then save the file.
* Run Sigmaplot 11.
* You should get an error saying that the licence is not found. Click OK.
* On the next panel, click Update, then click Licence File and browse to the file just saved.
* Click OK twice and it will work correctly now.
