Start at the top of this flowchart (Do you need to access the user's...) and work your way down to determine the
best way to access another user's Outlook information.
Once you have determined the best course of action for you, select either SHARING, DELEGATE ACCESS or
NEW PROFILE to be taken to the relevant web page for more instructions.
