New PDR Features

We would like to draw your attention to a couple of new features which have been integrated into the PDR pages. We hope they are a valuable enhancement to the system.

The first is the facility to produce a summary document containing an entire year's PDR meetings at the click of a button. You will now see a printer icon next to 'Date of Activity' above your PDR meeting records. Click on this icon and you will be able to print out, or download, all the selected year's meetings. This will compile a summary of issues and targets from each meeting and all the relevant data in one continuous file.

The second new feature relates to the skills audit section. We have added the possibility to record that a skill is 'not relevant' when appropriate. Previously you have only been able to select 'unsure', 'not yet confident' or 'confident'. When the 'not relevant' option is selected you will be prompted, and required, to state why this skill is not relevant in your case.
