All 1st year undergraduate students were emailed on Thursday 27th November and asked to complete an online web-based survey on CSD services by Friday 12th December. Those who submitted their responses by Thursday 4th December were entered into a prize draw and from these 3 winners have been randomly selected, who will each receive a cheque for £25. The survey questions focused on the CSD Essentials: An Introductory Guide for Students booklet, the CSD talk at the Fresher Week Core Events days, Helpdesk services, University email facilities, student computer ownership, the new wireless service (Roamnet) plus other modes of Internet access and the Virtual Learning Environment (VITAL) service.
