Registration

Accommodation will be at Mulberry Court, 2* university self-catering rooms approximately 5 minutes walk from the Geography Department and 10 minutes walk from the city centre.  Rooms will be ready for check-in on 19th August and you must vacate the room on 22nd August.  If you require any extra night’s accommodation then arrangements must be made by yourself.

Due to the demands of Capital of Culture, if you require us to reserve you a room in Mulberry Court, we need to have received your FULL payment by 30th April 2008.

If you would like to make your own alternative arrangements for accommodation, then deadline for registration is 6th June 2008.  Links for hotel details will be made available shortly.
