Our imaging screen facility consits of an ImageXpress® Micro System and CrEST-RAMM-SPD-Screening Microscope

both systems are automated microscopes capable of fluorescent,transmitted light and phase-contrast imaging

in fixed- or live-cell samples. Speed, flexibility, and high quality data are assured with a large field-of-view,

automatic stage and autofocus control.

The following objective lenses are available:

[10x Air] [20x Air] [40x Air] [40x Oil] [60x water] [100x Oil]

Both systems run MetaXpress® Software tools for acquisition and analysis

and Matlab® for complete analysis.
