S2P3 model version updates:

 v7.1: includes slow and fast-sinking detritus and dissolved oxygen
       meteorological data is now hourly

       added Q10 description for C and N remineralisation

       added option for nitrate relaxation timescale to better conserve nitrate 
       tidied up the oxygen consumption to be solely governed by carbon with fixed O:C
