Current project
My research is focussed on the development of an open-source software workbench for the analysis of quantitative proteomics data. The software includes the integration of methods, definition of standards for data exchange and development of an environment for the submission and analysis of proteomics datasets.

Open-source software for the analysis of quantitative proteomics data.
Other projects
I have also participated in the development of bioinformatics web-based tools for the analysis of several immune genes. Some of the developments include the construction of a website for the analysis of allele, haplotype and genotype frequencies in different human populations. As part of data standardisation, I am also interested on data exchange protocols. At present, I am on charge of the development and maintenance of the www.allelefrequencies.net website.
