Enrolling Teaching assistants in VITAL

Teaching assistants may be enrolled as teaching assistants of a VITAL module. This means that lecture notes, problem sheets, marking schemes etc can be made available to them, without being visible to students.

Step-by-step instructions:

Click on the folder 'Users' under 'Users and Groups' in the menu on the left hand side of the VITAL module.
Click on 'Find Users to Enrol' on the top left corner.
Browse for Users: a new window opens.
Search for the TA: Best choose 'Last name' in the menu. Submit the right person.
Change the role of the user to 'Teaching Assistant' and submit: Done!
