This
resource, Rock Deformation and Geological Structures, was originally
created by John Cole and Richard Batchelor (University of St Andrews),
with help from Gordon Taylor (University of Luton), for the UK Earth
Science Courseware Consortium (UKESCC) using Macromedia Authorware (now
Adobe). The UKESCC was founded and managed by Bill Sowerbutts at the
University of Manchester, and was funded (1992-1995) by HEFCE’s Teaching
and Learning Technology Programme (TLTP -
http://www.hefce.ac.uk/Learning/tinits/TLTP).
Bill Sowerbutts continued to update the courseware until 2003 (http://www.ukescc.co.uk).
