We plan to post here some movies from our simulations that can be viewed online or downloaded to your hard disk. At the moment they are still in a non web friendly format (read large and not streamed). All movies are in quicktime format. Click on the links below and movie will open in a new browser window (plug-in required) or right click on link to save a copy to your own local storage space. If you do not have Quicktime click here (Apple web site) Warning! these files are large. You will need a fast network connection. All files are copyright University of Liverpool 2004. Full acknowledgement to the Materials Modelling Group and the University of Liverpool UK must be given if this materials is used in whole or in part. Making Movies Our movies are made using PyMOL http://www.pymol.org using cgo objects which are then rendered to movie frames in png format. Quicktime is used to assemble the numbered frames into movies. Hints and tips for creating your own will appear here. For help with understanding what they show here |
