Bristol Boxkite

The Boxkite model was developed as part of an undergraduate project investigating the handling qualities of vintage aircraft. The Boxkite was compared with the Wright Flyer III, an aircraft which is similar in configuration to the Boxkite, in order to determine the changes in aeronautical science (and hence, handling qualities) that had occurred in the five years that separated the construction of the two aircraft.
